Terms and Conditions – Leu Cleaning1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Leu Cleaning ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

 

2. Services Provided Leu Cleaning provides mobile cleaning services including, but not limited to: Car valeting (interior and exterior)Bin cleaning (wheelie bins, caddies, recycling boxes)Pressure washing (driveways, patios, walls)Artificial grass maintenance

 

3. Booking & Payment Bookings can be made via, phone, or WhatsApp. Payment must be made upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise. We accept cash, bank transfer, and other payment methods as advertised. Monthly plans must be paid in advance.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling At least 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee or loss of deposit, if applicable.

 

5. Access & Safety Customers must ensure safe and clear access to the work area. For bin cleaning, bins must be left accessible and empty on the agreed day. If access is not possible, the appointment may be rescheduled or cancelled at our discretion.

 

6. Liability We take great care in our services, but are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear. We are not responsible for any valuables left in vehicles or on-site during the cleaning. Artificial grass care includes non-toxic deodorisers and moss treatment, which are safe for pets and children when dry.

 

7. Service Limitations Services may be postponed due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unhygienic beyond standard cleaning expectations.

 

8. Customer Responsibilities Customers must provide accurate information during booking. Customers are responsible for ensuring pets and children remain safely away from the work area.

 

9. Satisfaction Guarantee If you're not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will work to resolve any issues promptly.

 

10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be available on our website.
